지원 이메일은 dryadsoft@gmail.com입니다. 앱 버전, 기기 모델, OS 버전, 문제가 발생한 화면과 재현 순서를 알려 주세요. 앱 설정의 문의를 누르면 앱 버전과 지원 ID가 포함된 메일 초안이 열리며, 전송 전에 수정할 수 있습니다.

Email dryadsoft@gmail.com with your app version, device model, OS version, the affected screen, and steps to reproduce the issue. Contact in app settings opens an email draft with the app version and Support ID. You can edit it before sending.

메일 앱이 열리지 않으면 메일 계정 설정을 확인하거나 이메일 주소로 직접 문의해 주세요. 개인 메모나 식물 사진 원본은 보내지 않아도 됩니다. 화면을 첨부할 때는 공개하고 싶지 않은 내용을 가려 주세요.

If your email app does not open, check its account settings or email us directly. You do not need to send private notes or original plant photos. Hide any information you do not wish to share in screenshots.

화분에 별명과 확인 간격을 설정하고 오늘 살펴볼 화분을 확인하세요. 흙 상태를 먼저 살펴보고 물을 준 경우에만 물 줬어요로 기록하세요. 아직 젖었어요를 선택해 확인을 미룰 수도 있습니다. 물주기 외에 분무, 영양제, 분갈이, 가지치기 기록도 남길 수 있습니다.

Give a plant a nickname and set a check interval, then review the plants due today. Check the soil first and record watering only when you have watered. You can also defer a check when the soil is still wet. Misting, feeding, repotting, and pruning can be recorded too.

확인 간격은 식물 상태를 살펴보기 위한 기준이며 자동 물주기 처방이 아닙니다. 이 앱은 사진으로 식물을 식별하거나 병해를 진단하지 않으며, 치료 처방이나 독성·식용 안전 판정을 제공하지 않습니다.

Check intervals are reminders to observe your plant, not an automatic watering prescription. This app does not identify plants from photos, diagnose disease, prescribe treatment, or assess toxicity or edibility.

앱 설정의 화분 케어 알림, 알림 시각, 해당 화분의 알림 설정과 기기의 알림 권한을 확인하세요. 알림 예약 다시 시도로 예약을 갱신할 수 있습니다. 보관한 화분은 알림 대상에서 제외됩니다.

Check the app’s care-reminder switch and time, the individual plant’s reminder setting, and notification permission in device settings. Retry reminder scheduling to refresh the schedule. Archived plants are excluded from reminders.

알림은 살펴볼 화분이 있는 날 기기에서 예약합니다. 절전이나 OS 설정에 따라 늦어질 수 있으며 정시 도착을 보장하지 않습니다. 오래 앱을 열지 않았다면 다시 열어 예약을 이어 주세요. 알림 권한을 거부해도 홈에서 오늘 할 일을 확인하고 기록할 수 있습니다.

Reminders are scheduled locally for days when plants need checking. Power-saving and OS settings may delay them, so exact delivery times are not guaranteed. Reopen the app after a long absence to refresh scheduling. You can still review tasks and record care without notification permission.

사진은 전체·잎·흙 분류별로 시스템 사진 선택기에서 고르거나 카메라로 촬영합니다. 촬영할 수 없다면 기기의 카메라 권한을 확인하세요. 사진 없이도 메모나 관찰 태그를 남겨 기록할 수 있습니다.

Choose photos through the system picker or take them with the camera for whole-plant, leaf, and soil categories. If you cannot take a photo, check camera permission in device settings. You can save a record with notes or observation tags without photos.

사진 저장에 실패하면 기기 저장공간을 확인하고 다시 선택해 저장하세요. 저장하지 않은 내용을 잃을 수 있으니 문제 해결을 위해 앱을 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 지우지 마세요. 사진 비교에서는 같은 분류의 서로 다른 날짜를 선택해 변화를 살펴볼 수 있습니다.

If saving fails, check free storage, select the photo again, and retry. Do not uninstall the app or clear app data to troubleshoot, as this can lose your records. Photo comparison lets you review different dates within the same photo category.

히스토리에서 날짜와 기록 종류를 확인하거나 검색하고, 기록 상세에서 수정·삭제할 수 있습니다. 보관한 화분은 설정의 보관한 화분에서 찾을 수 있습니다. 보관은 삭제가 아니며, 기록을 바꾸려면 먼저 화분을 복원하세요. 화분 전체 삭제는 보관한 화분에서 진행합니다.

Browse history by date and record type or search it, then edit or delete a record from its details. Find archived plants in Archived plants under settings. Archiving is not deletion; restore the plant before changing its records. To delete an entire plant, do so from the archived plants screen.

설정의 모든 로컬 데이터 삭제는 이 기기의 화분·기록·앱에 저장한 사진·알림 설정을 지웁니다. 삭제는 되돌릴 수 없으며 앨범 원본 사진은 지우지 않습니다. 사진 파일 정리 안내가 나오면 앱을 다시 실행해 정리를 이어 주세요. 서버 분석·광고 정보와 문의 이메일의 삭제 범위는 개인정보처리방침에서 확인하세요.

Delete all local data in settings removes this device’s plants, records, app-stored photos, and reminder settings. Deletion cannot be undone; original album photos are not deleted. If prompted about photo-file cleanup, reopen the app to continue. See the privacy policy for server analytics, advertising data, and inquiry-email deletion.

현재 계정, 클라우드 동기화, 앱 자체 백업·복원과 타임라인 이미지 내보내기는 제공하지 않습니다. 기록은 해당 기기에 저장되며 Dryadsoft가 복구할 수 없습니다. 앱 제거, 앱 데이터 삭제나 기기 변경 전에 필요한 기록을 별도로 남겨 주세요.

The app currently offers no account, cloud sync, in-app backup and restore, or timeline image export. Records are stored on the device and cannot be recovered by Dryadsoft. Keep a separate copy of any information you need before uninstalling, clearing app data, or changing devices.

Google이 동의 변경 화면을 제공해야 하는 경우 앱 설정에 광고 개인정보 옵션이 표시됩니다. iOS 추적 권한과 Android 광고 식별자 설정은 기기에서 변경할 수 있습니다. 광고가 표시되지 않아도 기록 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다.

Advertising privacy options appear in app settings when Google requires a consent-change form. Manage iOS tracking permission and Android advertising identifiers in device settings. Recording features remain available when ads are not displayed.

현재 자체 사용 분석을 끄는 별도 설정은 없습니다. 광고 동의 변경이나 모든 로컬 데이터 삭제는 이미 전송된 서버 분석 데이터의 삭제 요청이 아닙니다. 개인정보처리방침에서 처리 항목과 문의 방법을 확인하세요.

There is currently no separate switch to disable usage analytics. Changing advertising consent or deleting all local data does not request deletion of analytics already sent to the server. See the privacy policy for data categories and how to contact us.

앱 설정의 테마 선택에서 화면 테마를 변경할 수 있습니다. 글자 크기는 기기 설정에서 조정하세요. 글자가 잘리거나 버튼을 누르기 어렵다면 기기 모델, 글자 크기 설정과 해당 화면을 문의로 알려 주세요.

Change the screen theme using Theme in app settings, and adjust text size in device settings. If text is clipped or buttons are hard to use, send us your device model, text-size setting, and the affected screen.
