개인정보처리방침 / Privacy Policy

화분 별명, 식물 종류, 위치·빛 환경·화분 크기, 확인 간격, 메모, 물주기·분무·영양제·분갈이·가지치기 기록과 날짜, 사진·관찰 태그, 회복 체크리스트는 기기 안에 저장됩니다. 알림 설정, 화면 테마, 분석용 설치 식별정보, 지원 ID와 광고 설정 캐시도 기기에 저장됩니다.

Plant nicknames, plant types, location and light labels, pot size, check intervals, notes, dated care records for watering, misting, feeding, repotting and pruning, photos, observation tags, and recovery checklists are stored on your device. Reminder settings, theme preferences, analytics installation identifiers, a Support ID, and cached ad settings are also stored locally.

사용자가 선택하거나 촬영한 사진은 앱 저장소에 복사됩니다. 사진과 식물 이름·메모 본문을 자체 분석이나 광고 서버로 전송하는 기능은 제공하지 않습니다. 회원가입, 계정 기반 저장, 클라우드 동기화와 앱 자체 백업·복원은 제공하지 않습니다.

Photos you select or take are copied into app storage. The app does not provide a function to send photos, plant names, or the contents of notes to its analytics or advertising servers. It does not offer account registration, account-based storage, cloud sync, or in-app backup and restore.

앨범 사진은 시스템 사진 선택기로 사용자가 고릅니다. 전체 사진 라이브러리에 상시 접근하지 않으며, 카메라 권한은 사진 촬영에 사용합니다. 앱에서 촬영한 사진을 앨범에 자동 저장하지 않습니다. 카메라 권한을 거부하거나 사진을 선택하지 않아도 케어 기록과 사진 없는 메모를 저장할 수 있습니다.

You choose album photos through the system photo picker. The app does not continuously access your full photo library. Camera permission is used to take photos, which are not automatically saved to your album. You can record care and save notes without photos even if camera permission is denied or you choose no photo.

알림 권한은 사용자가 켠 화분의 확인 알림을 기기에서 예약하는 데 사용합니다. 원격 푸시 알림이나 GPS 위치 권한은 사용하지 않습니다. 권한은 기기 설정에서 변경할 수 있으며, 알림을 허용하지 않아도 직접 앱을 열어 기록할 수 있습니다. 화분 위치는 사용자가 입력하는 공간 이름으로, GPS 좌표가 아닙니다.

Notification permission schedules local reminders for plants you enable. The app does not use remote push notifications or GPS location permission. You can change permissions in device settings and continue recording manually without notifications. A plant location is a label you enter, not GPS coordinates.

Dryadsoft의 자체 분석 서버를 사용합니다. 첫 실행, 앱 재방문, 화면 방문, 화분·케어 기록·사진 기록·회복 체크 생성, 사진 비교와 광고 관련 이벤트를 처리합니다. 사진 비교에서는 전체·잎·흙 중 어떤 분류를 보았는지만 포함하며 사진 내용은 포함하지 않습니다.

The app uses Dryadsoft’s own analytics server. It processes first-open, foreground, screen-view, plant and care-record creation, photo-log creation, recovery-check creation, photo-comparison, and advertising events. Photo-comparison events identify only the category viewed: whole plant, leaf, or soil. They do not include photo content.

분석에는 무작위 설치 식별정보, 이벤트 발생 시각, 앱 버전·빌드, 플랫폼·OS 버전, 언어, 시간대와 기기의 국가·지역 설정 코드가 포함됩니다. 자체 분석 서버는 설치 식별자를 앱별 해시값으로 저장하며 IP 주소를 저장하거나 IP로 위치를 추정하지 않습니다. 국가·지역 설정 코드는 실제 위치나 국적을 뜻하지 않습니다.

Analytics includes a random installation identifier, event times, app version and build, platform and OS version, language, time zone, and the device’s country or region setting. The analytics server stores an app-specific hash of the installation identifier and does not store IP addresses or geolocate them. The country or region setting does not represent your actual location or nationality.

식물 이름, 사용자가 입력한 위치·빛 환경, 메모, 사진·파일 경로, 관찰 태그와 체크리스트 내용은 분석에 포함하지 않습니다. 현재 출시 준비 버전에는 사용 분석을 끄는 별도 설정이 없습니다. 광고 동의나 iOS 추적 권한 변경은 자체 사용 분석을 끄거나 이미 전송된 데이터를 삭제하는 기능이 아닙니다.

Analytics does not include plant names, location or light labels you enter, notes, photos or file paths, observation tags, or checklist contents. The current pre-release version has no separate switch to disable usage analytics. Changing advertising consent or iOS tracking permission does not disable this analytics service or delete data already sent.

Google AdMob을 사용합니다. Google Mobile Ads SDK는 광고 제공·측정, 성능 진단과 부정 사용 방지를 위해 IP 주소와 이를 바탕으로 한 대략적 위치, 기기·광고 식별자, 앱·광고 상호작용과 진단 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 실제 처리 항목은 플랫폼, SDK, 동의 상태와 기기 설정에 따라 달라집니다.

The app uses Google AdMob. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process IP addresses and an approximate location derived from them, device and advertising identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic information for ad delivery, measurement, performance diagnostics, and fraud prevention. Processing depends on the platform, SDK, consent status, and device settings.

필요한 경우 Google의 광고 동의 화면을 표시합니다. 동의 변경 화면이 필요한 경우 앱 설정에 광고 개인정보 옵션이 표시됩니다. iOS 추적 권한과 Android 광고 식별자는 기기 설정에서 관리할 수 있습니다. 광고를 불러오지 못하거나 필요한 동의를 허용하지 않아도 식물 기록 기능은 사용할 수 있습니다.

Google’s advertising consent form appears when required. Advertising privacy options appear in app settings when a consent-change form is required. You can manage iOS tracking permission and Android advertising identifiers in device settings. Plant-recording features remain available if ads cannot load or required consent is not granted.

광고 설정을 가져올 때 플랫폼, 앱 버전과 실행 환경 같은 기술 정보를 처리합니다. 앱이 만든 별도의 무작위 지원 ID는 Dryadsoft 서버에서 해당 설치의 광고 표시 여부를 확인하는 데 사용합니다. 서버에는 지원 ID의 별도 해시값, 광고 표시 상태와 필요한 운영 메모를 저장하며, 이를 분석용 설치 정보나 이벤트와 결합하지 않습니다.

Technical information such as platform, app version, and execution environment is processed when retrieving ad settings. A separate random Support ID created by the app is used by Dryadsoft’s server to check whether ads should be shown for that installation. The server stores a separate hash of this ID, the ad status, and necessary operational notes. It does not join these records to analytics installations or events.

기기 내 정보는 화분 관리, 기록·사진 비교와 알림 제공에 사용합니다. 자체 분석은 기능 이용과 안정성 파악에, 광고 관련 정보는 광고 제공·측정·오류 대응에, 문의 정보는 답변과 문제 해결에 사용합니다. 식물 식별, 병해 진단, 치료 처방이나 공개 커뮤니티 기능은 제공하지 않습니다.

Local information supports plant management, records, photo comparison, and reminders. Analytics helps understand feature usage and reliability; advertising information supports ad delivery, measurement, and troubleshooting; inquiry information supports replies and issue resolution. The app does not offer plant identification, disease diagnosis, treatment advice, or a public community.

Google이 처리하는 광고 정보와 이메일로 제공하는 문의 정보는 미국을 포함한 서비스 제공 지역에서 처리될 수 있습니다. Google의 처리와 보관에는 해당 서비스의 개인정보처리방침과 설정이 적용됩니다. 앱의 정보 출처 링크를 열면 외부 웹사이트의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.

Advertising information processed by Google and inquiry information provided by email may be processed in service locations including the United States. Google’s processing and retention are subject to its privacy policies and service settings. When you open a source link in the app, the external website’s privacy policy applies.

기기 내 화분 기록과 앱에 저장된 사진은 사용자가 삭제할 때까지 보관합니다. 앱 자체 백업·복원은 제공하지 않으므로 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 잃으면 Dryadsoft가 해당 기록을 복구할 수 없습니다.

Plant records and photos in app storage are retained until you delete them. There is no in-app backup and restore, so Dryadsoft cannot recover these records if they are deleted or app data is lost.

자체 분석의 보관 기준은 원본 이벤트 180일, 설치를 식별하지 않는 집계 24개월, 서버 백업 14일입니다. 분석용 설치 정보는 원본 이벤트의 보관기간과 별개이며 삭제 처리 전까지 남을 수 있습니다. 지원 ID에 연결된 광고 제어 정보와 현재 운영 메모는 운영자가 변경하거나 삭제할 때까지 보관합니다.

The retention periods configured for the analytics service are 180 days for raw events, 24 months for aggregates that do not identify installations, and 14 days for server backups. Analytics installation records are separate from raw-event retention and may remain until deletion is processed. Ad-control records linked to a Support ID and their current operational notes remain until an operator changes or deletes them.

문의 이메일은 답변, 문제 해결과 필요한 후속 대응을 위해 보관합니다. 문의 기록의 고정된 자동 삭제기간은 설정되어 있지 않으며, 삭제 요청은 아래 이메일로 접수합니다. Google이 처리하는 광고 데이터에는 Google의 보관 정책과 설정이 적용됩니다.

Inquiry emails are retained for replies, troubleshooting, and necessary follow-up. There is no fixed automatic deletion period for inquiries; you can request deletion at the email address below. Advertising data processed by Google is subject to Google’s retention policies and settings.

앱에서 기록을 삭제하거나, 보관한 화분을 삭제하거나, 설정의 모든 로컬 데이터 삭제를 사용할 수 있습니다. 전체 삭제는 이 기기의 화분, 기록, 앱에 저장한 사진과 알림 설정을 지우며 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 파일 정리에 실패한 경우 앱이 안내한 대로 다시 실행해 정리를 이어갈 수 있습니다. 사용자의 사진 앨범 원본은 삭제하지 않습니다.

You can delete a record, delete an archived plant, or use Delete all local data in settings. Clearing all local data removes this device’s plants, records, app-stored photos, and reminder settings and cannot be undone. If file cleanup fails, reopen the app as instructed to continue cleanup. Original photos in your album are not deleted.

로컬 데이터 삭제나 앱 제거는 서버에 이미 전송된 분석 데이터, Google 광고 데이터, 지원 ID 관련 정보나 문의 이메일의 삭제를 요청하지 않습니다. 현재 앱에는 서버 분석 삭제를 직접 요청하는 화면이 없습니다.

Clearing local data or uninstalling the app does not request deletion of previously sent analytics data, Google advertising data, Support ID records, or inquiry emails. The current app has no screen for directly requesting deletion of server analytics.

개인정보 열람·정정·삭제나 처리 관련 문의는 dryadsoft@gmail.com으로 보내 주세요. 요청을 확인한 뒤 처리 가능한 범위와 필요한 확인 절차를 안내합니다. 지원 ID는 분석용 설치 식별정보와 다르므로 지원 ID만으로 분석 기록을 특정할 수 있다고 보장하지 않습니다. 설치를 식별하지 않는 집계는 개별 기록 삭제 후에도 남을 수 있습니다.

For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy inquiries, email dryadsoft@gmail.com. We will explain the available actions and any verification needed after reviewing your request. A Support ID differs from the analytics installation identifier, so it does not necessarily identify your analytics records. Aggregates that do not identify installations may remain after individual records are deleted.

기기의 앱 저장소 접근 제어와 운영 서버 통신의 HTTPS를 사용합니다. 자체 서버는 원본 설치 식별자와 지원 ID 대신 용도별 해시값을 저장합니다. 기기 잠금을 사용하고 문의에 비밀번호·인증번호나 불필요한 개인정보를 넣지 마세요.

The app uses device-level controls for app storage and HTTPS for production server communication. The server stores purpose-specific hashes instead of raw installation identifiers or Support IDs. Use a device lock and do not include passwords, verification codes, or unnecessary personal information in inquiries.

운영자는 Dryadsoft이며 개인정보 문의처는 dryadsoft@gmail.com입니다. 문의 시 이메일 주소, 문의 내용과 사용자가 제공한 앱 버전·기기 정보·지원 ID·첨부파일을 답변과 문제 해결을 위해 처리합니다. 앱의 문의는 앱 버전과 지원 ID가 포함된 메일 초안을 열며, 실제 전송 전 수정할 수 있습니다.

The operator is Dryadsoft, and the privacy contact is dryadsoft@gmail.com. We process your email address, inquiry, and any app version, device information, Support ID, or attachments you provide to reply and resolve issues. The app’s contact action opens an email draft with the app version and Support ID, which you can edit before sending.

The app is being prepared for release on Google Play and the App Store. This policy describes data handling in the current pre-release version. If features, processing services, or retention practices change, we will update this page and its date and provide any necessary notice.
