개인정보처리방침 / Privacy Policy

메모 제목·본문, 선택한 사진의 사본, 색인과 상태의 이름·색상·순서, 즐겨찾기, 체크리스트, 마감일·알림 설정을 기기에 저장하여 기록·검색·정리 기능을 제공합니다. 앱 설정과 무작위 Support ID도 기기에 보관합니다. 회원가입, 계정 서버, 클라우드 백업과 기기 간 동기화는 제공하지 않습니다.

Note titles and text, copies of selected photos, category and status names, colors and ordering, favorites, checklists, due dates and reminder settings are stored on your device for writing, searching and organizing notes. App preferences and a random Support ID are also stored locally. There is no registration, account server, cloud backup or cross-device sync.

메모 제목·본문·사진과 사용자가 정한 색인·상태 이름을 자체 분석 이벤트나 로그에 포함하지 않습니다. 현재 앱은 메모 내용을 외부 AI에 보내지 않으며, 클라우드 AI 제목 생성·자동 분류·OCR을 제공하지 않습니다.

Note titles, text, photos and custom category or status names are excluded from our analytics events and logs. The current app does not send note content to external AI and does not provide cloud AI title generation, automatic classification or OCR.

시스템 사진 선택기에서 사용자가 고른 사진만 앱 전용 공간으로 복사합니다. 앨범 원본을 삭제해도 앱에 저장한 사본은 남을 수 있으며, 앱의 사본을 삭제해도 앨범 원본은 삭제하지 않습니다. 기기와 운영체제에 따라 필요한 사진 접근 권한을 요청할 수 있습니다.

Only photos you select in the system picker are copied into app storage. Deleting an album original may leave the app copy intact; deleting the app copy does not delete the album original. Photo access permission may be requested depending on the device and operating system.

마감 알림은 기기의 알림 기능으로 예약하며, 알림 권한과 운영체제에 따른 정확한 알람 접근이 필요할 수 있습니다. 알림에는 메모 제목·본문·사진 대신 일반 안내와 해당 메모를 여는 식별자를 사용합니다. 권한을 거절하거나 철회해도 메모 작성·저장은 가능합니다.

Due-date reminders are scheduled on your device and may require notification permission and exact alarm access depending on the operating system. Notifications use generic wording and a note identifier, not note titles, text or photos. You can still write and save notes if permission is denied or withdrawn.

자체 분석이 활성화된 버전에서는 앱 실행 준비와 메모 저장 이벤트를 Dryadsoft 분석 서버에 보내 이용 흐름과 기능 안정성을 확인합니다. 메모의 내용이나 저장한 파일 경로는 보내지 않습니다. 허용된 이벤트에는 사용자 입력 속성이 없습니다.

Versions with self-hosted analytics enabled send app-ready and note-saved events to the Dryadsoft analytics server to understand usage and feature reliability. Note content and saved file paths are not sent. Allowed events have no user-entered properties.

이벤트에는 무작위 설치·세션·이벤트 식별자, 발생 시각, 앱 식별자, 플랫폼, 앱 버전·빌드, 운영체제 버전, 언어와 시간대 오프셋이 포함됩니다. 서버는 설치 식별자를 앱별 해시값으로 저장하도록 설계되어 있으며, 자체 분석 저장소에는 IP 주소를 저장하거나 IP로 위치를 추정하지 않습니다. 해시 식별자는 개인을 식별할 가능성이 전혀 없는 익명 정보라고 보장하지 않습니다.

Events include random installation, session and event identifiers, timestamps, app identifier, platform, app version and build, OS version, language and time-zone offset. The server is designed to store an app-scoped hash of the installation identifier and not to store IP addresses or derive location from them in its analytics store. A hashed identifier is not a guarantee of fully anonymous information.

분석이 활성화된 버전은 전송 대기 이벤트와 설치 식별자를 기기에 저장할 수 있습니다. Support ID는 분석용 설치 식별자와 별개입니다. 현재 앱에는 자체 분석을 끄거나 분석 기록을 직접 삭제하는 설정이 없으며, 관련 요청은 이메일로 접수합니다.

Versions with analytics enabled may store queued events and an installation identifier locally. The Support ID is separate from the analytics installation identifier. The current app has no in-app control to disable self-hosted analytics or delete analytics records directly; requests can be submitted by email.

앱은 Google AdMob 광고를 제공합니다. Google Mobile Ads SDK는 광고 제공·측정·부정행위 방지를 위해 IP 주소와 대략적 위치, 광고·기기 식별자, 광고 상호작용, 진단·성능 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 이는 메모·사진의 기기 저장과 별개의 처리입니다. 광고 요청이나 동의 절차가 작동하는 테스트 버전에서도 SDK의 정보 처리가 발생할 수 있습니다.

The app provides Google AdMob ads. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process IP addresses and approximate location, advertising or device identifiers, ad interactions, diagnostics and performance information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. This is separate from local note and photo storage. SDK data processing may also occur in test versions where ad requests or consent flows run.

지역·연령·앱 설정에 따라 Google 동의 화면을 제공하며, iOS에서 추적이 필요한 경우 운영체제의 추적 허용을 요청합니다. 제공되는 동의 화면과 기기의 광고·추적 설정에서 선택할 수 있습니다. 추적을 거절해도 모든 광고나 자체 사용 분석이 자동으로 중단되는 것은 아닙니다. 동의나 정보 처리에 관한 문의는 아래 이메일로 접수합니다.

Google consent messages are provided as required by region, age and app settings. If tracking is requested on iOS, the operating system’s tracking permission is requested. You can make choices through available consent messages and device advertising or tracking settings. Denying tracking does not automatically stop all ads or self-hosted usage analytics. Contact dryadsoft@gmail.com for support. Your email address, message and any attachments you choose to provide are used to respond and troubleshoot. The app’s contact action opens an email draft containing the app name and version, OS, device model and Support ID. You review, edit and send it yourself. Notes and photos are not attached automatically.

기기 내 기록과 사진 사본은 사용자가 삭제하거나 앱 데이터가 제거될 때까지 보관합니다. 기기 교체, 앱 삭제나 데이터 손실 시 Dryadsoft가 로컬 기록을 복구할 수 없습니다. 운영체제의 기기 백업·복원은 해당 기기의 설정과 정책에 따르며, 앱 자체 백업 기능과는 다릅니다.

Local records and photo copies remain until you delete them or app data is removed. Dryadsoft cannot recover local records after device replacement, app removal or data loss. Operating-system device backups and restores follow your device settings and policies and are different from an in-app backup feature.

자체 분석의 보관 기준은 원본 이벤트 180일, 설치를 식별하지 않는 집계 24개월, 서버 백업 14일입니다. 기간이 지난 데이터는 정기 삭제 작업으로 처리하며, 개별 이벤트가 정해진 시각에 즉시 삭제된다고 보장하지 않습니다. 분석용 설치 정보는 원본 이벤트 보관기간과 별개이며 삭제 요청이 처리되기 전까지 남을 수 있습니다.

Self-hosted analytics retention periods are 180 days for raw events, 24 months for aggregates without installation identifiers, and 14 days for server backups. Expired data is handled by scheduled deletion jobs; individual events are not guaranteed to be deleted at an exact instant. Installation records have a separate lifecycle and may remain until a deletion request is processed.

문의 이메일은 답변·문제 해결과 필요한 후속 대응을 위해 보관합니다. 고정된 자동 삭제기간은 설정되어 있지 않으며 삭제 요청을 이메일로 접수합니다. Google이 처리하는 광고·메일 정보의 보관은 해당 서비스 정책과 설정에 따릅니다.

Support emails are retained to answer questions, resolve issues and provide necessary follow-up. No fixed automatic deletion period is configured; deletion requests can be sent by email. Retention of advertising and email data processed by Google follows the relevant service policies and settings.

메모는 앱에서 수정·삭제하고, 사진 접근·알림·추적 권한은 기기 설정에서 관리할 수 있습니다. 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제나 처리 관련 문의는 아래 이메일로 보내 주세요. 요청 확인 후 필요한 확인 절차와 처리 가능한 범위를 안내합니다.

You can edit or delete notes in the app and manage photo, notification and tracking permissions in device settings. Send requests concerning access, correction, deletion or processing to the email below. We will review your request and explain any verification needed and what can be processed.

Support ID만으로 자체 분석 기록을 특정할 수 있다고 보장하지 않습니다. 식별 가능한 설치의 분석 삭제가 처리되면 해당 원본 이벤트와 설치 정보를 삭제하며, 설치 식별자가 없는 기존 집계는 남을 수 있습니다. 로컬 데이터 삭제가 이미 전송한 분석 정보나 이메일까지 자동으로 삭제하지는 않습니다.

A Support ID alone is not guaranteed to identify self-hosted analytics records. When deletion for an identifiable installation is processed, its raw events and installation record are removed; existing aggregates without installation identifiers may remain. Deleting local data does not automatically delete previously sent analytics or emails.

광고와 이메일 문의에는 Google 서비스를 이용합니다. Google은 미국을 포함한 서비스 제공 지역에서 정보를 처리할 수 있으며, 해당 정보에는 Google의 개인정보처리방침과 이용자의 설정이 적용됩니다. 외부 링크를 열면 해당 웹사이트의 정책이 적용됩니다.

Google services are used for advertising and email support. Google may process information in service locations including the United States, subject to its privacy policy and your settings. External websites apply their own policies when you open their links.

이 방침의 앱 처리 설명과 별개로, Dryadsoft 웹사이트는 설정된 경우 Google Analytics를 사용하여 페이지 방문과 기기·브라우저 이용 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 웹사이트 방문 분석은 앱에 저장한 메모·사진에 접근하지 않습니다. 브라우저의 쿠키·추적 설정과 Google 개인정보 보호 안내를 확인할 수 있습니다.

Separately from the app practices above, the Dryadsoft website may use Google Analytics when configured to process page visits and device or browser usage information. Website analytics cannot access notes or photos stored in the app. You can review browser cookie and tracking settings and Google’s privacy guidance.
