1. 푸시를 눌렀는데 경기 상세가 열리지 않아요. / A push tap does not open the match detail.
   네트워크 연결과 앱 최신 버전 여부를 확인한 뒤 다시 시도해 주세요. 동일 문제가 반복되면 notificationId 또는 fixtureId를 포함해 문의해 주세요.
   Check your network connection and make sure the app is updated, then try again. If the issue continues, contact support with the notificationId or fixtureId.
2. 알림을 켰는데 알림이 오지 않아요. / Notifications are enabled but no alerts arrive.
   Settings 탭의 앱 내 토글과 기기 시스템 알림 권한이 모두 켜져 있는지 확인하세요. Android에서는 배터리 최적화나 백그라운드 제한도 함께 확인해 주세요.
   Confirm that both the in-app toggle in Settings and the system notification permission are enabled. On Android, also check battery optimization and background restrictions.
3. 홈이나 라이브에서 상세가 로딩되지 않아요. / The detail screen does not load from Home or Live.

앱은 알림 설정 상태, 최근 경기 상세 진입 정보, 캐시된 경기 데이터를 로컬에 저장할 수 있으며, 상세 화면 표시를 위해 원격 경기 데이터를 조회할 수 있습니다.
The app may store notification settings, recent match-detail entry data, and cached match data locally, and may request remote match data to render detail screens.
