월드골(WorldGoal) 앱은 경기 알림과 경기 상세 이동 기능을 제공하기 위해 필요한 최소한의 설정 정보와 캐시 데이터를 기기에 저장할 수 있습니다. 계정 생성은 필수가 아니며, 경기 상세 화면 로딩 시 원격 경기 데이터를 조회할 수 있습니다.

WorldGoal may store the minimum settings and cached data needed to deliver match alerts and navigation into match details. Account creation is not required, and remote match data may be requested when the detail screen is opened.

1. 수집하는 정보 / Information We Collect

  • 알림 on/off 상태, 시스템 권한 표시 상태 등 앱 설정 정보 / App setting data such as notification on/off state and displayed system permission status
  • 최근 조회한 fixtureId, 경기 상세 캐시 등 화면 표시를 위한 로컬 데이터 / Local display data such as recently viewed fixtureIds and cached match details
  • 앱 버전, OS 버전, 기기 모델, 실패한 요청 상태, notificationId 등 문제 해결용 기술 정보 / Technical troubleshooting data such as app version, OS version, device model, failed request status, and notificationId

2. 수집 방법 / Methods of Collection

  • 설정 탭에서 알림 상태를 변경하거나 홈, 라이브, 푸시 경로로 경기 상세를 열 때 로컬 정보가 생성 또는 갱신됩니다. / Local data is created or updated when you change notification settings or open match details from Home, Live, or push.
  • 경기 상세를 불러오거나 푸시 전달 문제를 확인할 때 네트워크 요청과 운영 로그가 처리될 수 있습니다. / Network requests and operational logs may be processed when loading match details or checking push-delivery issues.

3. 이용 목적 / Purpose of Use

  • 사용자의 알림 설정 상태를 복원하고 올바른 진입 경로(source)를 표시하기 위해 사용합니다. / Used to restore your notification settings and show the correct entry source.
  • fixtureId 기반 경기 상세를 불러오고 캐시를 재사용해 더 빠르게 화면을 제공하기 위해 사용합니다. / Used to load fixture-based match details and reuse cache for faster rendering.
  • 알림 전달 실패, 네트워크 오류, 잘못된 파라미터 등 운영 문제를 진단하기 위해 사용합니다. / Used to diagnose delivery failures, network errors, and invalid parameter issues.

4. 제3자 정보 공유 / Third-Party Sharing

앱은 경기 상세 조회를 위해 경기 데이터 제공 서버와 통신할 수 있으며, 푸시 알림 전달 과정에서 플랫폼 제공자(Android/iOS) 인프라를 사용할 수 있습니다. 광고 네트워크에 개인정보를 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. / The app may communicate with match-data servers to fetch details and use platform infrastructure (Android/iOS) for push delivery. We do not sell or provide personal information to ad networks.

5. 이용자 권리 / User Rights

사용자는 기기와 앱 설정을 통해 다음 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다. / You can exercise the following rights through device and app settings.

  • 기기 설정에서 시스템 알림 권한을 변경하고, 앱의 Settings 탭에서 앱 내 알림 토글을 켜거나 끌 수 있습니다. / You can change system notification permission in device settings and turn the in-app notification toggle on or off in Settings.
  • 앱 삭제 또는 저장공간 초기화로 로컬 데이터를 제거할 수 있으며, 운영 로그 관련 문의는 지원 메일로 요청할 수 있습니다. / You can remove local data by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage, and contact support about operational logs.

6. 보안 조치 / Security Measures

로컬 설정 및 캐시는 운영체제 저장소 정책에 따라 보호되며, 지원되는 경우 네트워크 요청은 암호화된 채널을 사용합니다. 접근은 운영 및 장애 분석 목적의 최소 범위로 제한합니다. / Local settings and caches are protected according to OS storage policies, and network requests use encrypted channels where supported. Access is limited to the minimum needed for operations and incident analysis.

7. 개인정보 처리방침 변경 / Policy Changes

기능, 데이터 흐름, 법적 요구사항이 변경되면 본 페이지와 앱 업데이트를 통해 정책을 갱신할 수 있습니다. / We may update this policy through this page and app updates when features, data flows, or legal requirements change.
