2. 자주 묻는 질문 (FAQ)

  1. 구독 합계가 예상과 달라요. / Subscription totals do not match my expectation.
    월 합계와 연간 환산은 저장된 금액, 결제 주기, 상태를 기준으로 계산합니다. 구독 상태, 통화, 다음 결제일, 주기가 올바른지 확인해 주세요.
    Monthly and annualized totals are calculated from the saved amount, billing cycle, and status. Check the subscription status, currency, next billing date, and cycle.
  2. OCR 결과가 정확하지 않아요. / OCR results are not accurate.
    OCR은 자동 저장이 아니라 입력 보조 기능입니다. 후보를 적용하기 전 서비스명, 금액, 다음 결제일을 확인하고 필요하면 직접 입력으로 수정해 주세요.
    OCR is an input assistant, not automatic saving. Before applying a candidate, check the service name, amount, and next billing date, and edit manually if needed.
  3. 결제 알림이 오지 않아요. / Billing reminders do not arrive.
    기기 알림 권한과 앱의 결제 알림 설정을 확인하세요. 이미 지난 시간의 알림은 새로 예약되지 않을 수 있습니다.
    Check system notification permission and the in-app billing reminder setting. Reminders whose scheduled time has already passed may not be newly scheduled.
  4. 데이터를 다른 기기와 동기화할 수 있나요? / Can I sync data with another device?
    현재 구독체크는 로컬 우선 앱이며 계정 기반 서버 동기화를 제공하지 않습니다.
    Subscription Check is currently local-first and does not provide account-based server sync.

3. 개인정보 & 데이터 / Privacy & Data

앱은 구독 항목, OCR 후보, 알림 설정을 기기 안에 저장하며, 은행/카드 연동이나 계정 기반 서버 동기화는 제공하지 않습니다. 앱 설정의 로컬 데이터 삭제 기능으로 저장된 구독과 OCR 기록을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
The app stores subscriptions, OCR candidates, and reminder settings on device, and does not provide bank/card linking or account-based server sync. You can delete saved subscriptions and OCR records with the local data deletion option in app settings.

  • 앱에 입력한 구독 금액, 결제일, 점검 후보는 사용자가 직접 입력하거나 확인한 데이터에 기반하므로 실제 청구 금액, 결제일, 해지 가능 여부와 다를 수 있습니다.
    Subscription amounts, billing dates, and review candidates in the app are based on user-entered or user-confirmed data and may differ from actual charges, billing dates, or cancellation availability.
