개인정보 처리방침 / Privacy Policy

구독체크(Subscription Check) 앱은 구독 서비스명, 금액, 결제 주기, 다음 결제일, OCR 입력 후보, 알림 설정을 사용자의 기기 안에 저장하는 로컬 우선 구독 지출 점검 앱입니다. 은행, 카드, 구독사 계정 연동이나 클라우드 동기화는 제공하지 않습니다.

Subscription Check is a local-first subscription spending checker that stores service names, amounts, billing cycles, next billing dates, OCR input candidates, and reminder settings on your device. Bank, card, subscription-provider account linking, and cloud sync are not provided.

1. 수집하는 정보 / Information We Collect

  • 구독 서비스명, 금액, 통화, 결제 주기, 다음 결제일, 상태, 카테고리, 메모 / Subscription service name, amount, currency, billing cycle, next billing date, status, category, and memo
  • 사용자가 선택한 이미지에서 기기 내 OCR로 생성한 텍스트와 입력 후보 / Text and editable candidates generated by on-device OCR from an image you select
  • 테마, 알림 on/off, 결제 알림 설정, 로컬 데이터 삭제 상태 등 앱 설정 / App settings such as theme, notification toggles, billing reminder settings, and local data deletion state
  • 앱 버전, OS 버전, 기기 모델, 지원 ID, 오류 상황 등 문의 대응용 기술 정보 / Technical support data such as app version, OS version, device model, support ID, and error context

2. 수집 방법 / Methods of Collection

  • 사용자가 구독 항목, OCR 후보, 알림 설정을 직접 입력하거나 변경할 때 기기 안에 데이터가 저장됩니다. / Data is stored on device when you enter or change subscriptions, OCR candidates, or reminder settings.
  • OCR 보조 기능을 사용할 때 선택한 이미지는 결제 정보 후보를 만들기 위해 기기에서 처리됩니다. / When OCR assist is used, the selected image is processed on device to create payment-information candidates.
  • 고객지원 이메일을 보낼 때 사용자가 제공한 내용과 기술 정보가 문의 처리를 위해 사용될 수 있습니다. / When you email support, the content and technical details you provide may be used to handle the request.

3. 이용 목적 / Purpose of Use

  • 월 구독료, 연간 환산, 다음 결제, 점검할 구독을 표시하기 위해 사용합니다. / Used to show monthly subscription spending, annualized totals, upcoming billing, and subscriptions to review.
  • 선택한 이미지의 결제 정보를 입력 후보로 만들고 사용자가 확인한 값만 폼에 적용하기 위해 사용합니다. / Used to turn payment information from selected images into editable candidates and apply only values you confirm.
  • 로컬 결제 알림 예약, 오류 진단, 고객지원 응답을 위해 사용합니다. / Used for local billing reminders, troubleshooting, and support responses.

4. 제3자 정보 공유 / Third-Party Sharing

앱은 은행, 카드, 구독사 계정과 연동하지 않으며 사용자가 입력한 구독 지출 데이터를 광고 네트워크에 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 고객지원 이메일을 보낼 경우 사용자가 제공한 내용은 문의 처리를 위해 이메일 서비스에서 처리될 수 있습니다. / The app does not link to banks, cards, or subscription-provider accounts and does not sell or provide your subscription spending data to ad networks. If you email support, the content you provide may be processed by email services to handle the request.

5. 이용자 권리 / User Rights

사용자는 기기와 앱 설정을 통해 다음 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다. / You can exercise the following rights through device and app settings.

  • 앱 안에서 구독 항목과 OCR 기록을 수정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다. / You can edit or delete subscription entries and OCR records in the app.
  • 기기 설정에서 알림 권한을 변경하고, 앱 설정에서 결제 알림을 끌 수 있습니다. / You can change notification permission in device settings and turn off billing reminders in app settings.
  • 앱의 로컬 데이터 삭제 기능, 앱 삭제, 저장공간 초기화로 기기 내 데이터를 제거할 수 있으며 지원 메일로 문의할 수 있습니다. / You can remove on-device data through local data deletion in the app, uninstalling the app, or clearing app storage, and contact support by email.

6. 보안 조치 / Security Measures

로컬 데이터와 OCR 결과는 운영체제 저장소 정책에 따라 기기 안에 저장됩니다. 지원 처리를 위한 네트워크 요청은 지원되는 경우 암호화된 채널을 사용합니다. / Local data and OCR results are stored on device according to OS storage policies. Network requests for support handling use encrypted channels where supported.

7. 개인정보 처리방침 변경 / Policy Changes

기능, 데이터 흐름, 법적 요구사항이 변경되면 본 페이지와 앱 업데이트를 통해 정책을 갱신할 수 있습니다. / We may update this policy through this page and app updates when features, data flows, or legal requirements change.
