개인정보 처리방침 / Privacy Policy

현장 증빙 메모(Field Proof Memo) 앱은 설치, 수리, 점검, 납품 현장의 사진, 체크리스트, 시간, 선택형 위치를 기기 안에서 정리하고 PDF 보고서로 공유하는 로컬 우선 업무 보고 앱입니다. 계정 기반 서버 동기화는 제공하지 않습니다.

Field Proof Memo is a local-first field report app that organizes photos, checklists, timestamps, and optional location on your device, then shares the report as a PDF. Account-based server sync is not provided.

1. 수집하는 정보 / Information We Collect

  • 현장명, 담당자, 연락처, 작업 메모, 템플릿 입력값 / Site name, person in charge, contact, work notes, and template fields
  • 작업 전후 사진, 기타 사진, 사진 메모, 촬영 또는 첨부 시간 / Before, after, and other photos, photo notes, and photo timestamps
  • 체크리스트 항목, 완료 상태, 보고서 생성 및 공유 상태 / Checklist items, completion status, report generation, and sharing status
  • 사용자가 선택한 경우의 위치 좌표와 위치 기록 시간 / Location coordinates and capture time only when you choose to record them
  • 기본 템플릿, 사진 품질, 테마 등 앱 설정 / App settings such as default template, photo quality, and theme
  • 앱 버전, OS 버전, 기기 모델, 지원 ID, 오류 상황 등 문의 대응용 기술 정보 / Technical support data such as app version, OS version, device model, support ID, and error context

2. 수집 방법 / Methods of Collection

  • 사용자가 보고서, 사진, 체크리스트, 위치, 설정을 직접 입력하거나 변경할 때 기기 안에 데이터가 저장됩니다. / Data is stored on device when you enter or change reports, photos, checklists, location, or settings.
  • 위치 정보는 사용자가 위치 기록을 선택하고 기기 권한을 허용한 경우에만 보고서에 저장됩니다. / Location is stored in a report only when you choose location capture and grant device permission.
  • 고객지원 이메일을 보낼 때 사용자가 제공한 내용과 기술 정보가 문의 처리를 위해 사용될 수 있습니다. / When you email support, the content and technical details you provide may be used to handle the request.

3. 이용 목적 / Purpose of Use

  • 현장 보고서 작성, 미리보기, PDF 생성, 플랫폼 공유를 제공하기 위해 사용합니다. / Used to create, preview, generate, and share field report PDFs.
  • 작업 전후 사진, 체크리스트, 시간, 선택형 위치를 하나의 증빙 흐름으로 정리하기 위해 사용합니다. / Used to organize before/after photos, checklists, timestamps, and optional location into one evidence flow.
  • 앱 설정 저장, 오류 진단, 고객지원 응답, 광고 표시 정책 적용을 위해 사용합니다. / Used for app settings, troubleshooting, support responses, and ad display policy.

4. 제3자 서비스 및 공유 / Third-Party Services and Sharing

앱은 사용자가 입력한 현장 보고서 내용을 판매하지 않으며 계정 기반 서버 동기화를 제공하지 않습니다. PDF를 공유하면 사용자가 선택한 카카오톡, 문자, 이메일, 파일 앱 등 외부 서비스의 정책에 따라 보고서가 처리될 수 있습니다.

The app does not sell user-entered field report content and does not provide account-based server sync. When you share a PDF, the selected external service may process the file under its own policy.

앱에는 Google Mobile Ads SDK를 통한 광고가 포함될 수 있으며, 광고 식별자, 기기 정보, 광고 노출/상호작용 정보가 Google 정책에 따라 처리될 수 있습니다.
The app may include ads through the Google Mobile Ads SDK, and ad identifiers, device information, and ad impression or interaction data may be processed under Google's policies.

5. 이용자 권리 / User Rights

사용자는 기기와 앱 설정을 통해 다음 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다. / You can exercise the following rights through device and app settings.

  • 앱 안에서 보고서, 사진, 체크리스트, 위치 기록을 수정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다. / You can edit or delete reports, photos, checklists, and location records in the app.
  • 기기 설정에서 카메라, 사진, 위치 권한을 변경할 수 있습니다. / You can change camera, photo, and location permissions in device settings.
  • 앱 삭제 또는 저장공간 초기화로 기기 내 데이터를 제거할 수 있으며 지원 메일로 문의할 수 있습니다. / You can remove on-device data by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage, and contact support by email.

6. 보안 조치 / Security Measures

현장 보고서, 사진, 체크리스트, 위치 기록은 운영체제 저장소 정책에 따라 기기 안에 저장됩니다. PDF 공유 후의 파일 보관과 전달은 사용자가 선택한 공유 대상의 보안 정책을 따릅니다. / Field reports, photos, checklists, and location records are stored on device according to OS storage policies. After PDF sharing, file storage and delivery follow the policy of the service you choose.

7. 개인정보 처리방침 변경 / Policy Changes

기능, 데이터 흐름, 광고 SDK, 법적 요구사항이 변경되면 본 페이지와 앱 업데이트를 통해 정책을 갱신할 수 있습니다. / We may update this policy through this page and app updates when features, data flows, ad SDKs, or legal requirements change.
