When emailing support, please include the app version, device model, OS version, support ID, affected screen, banner or QR card type, and display settings.

2. 자주 묻는 질문 (FAQ)

  1. 문구가 전체화면에서 너무 밝거나 깜빡여요. / The fullscreen sign is too bright or flashes too much.
    기본 밝기를 낮추고 깜빡임을 끄거나 부드럽게 변경해 주세요. 사용 전 공연장 규정과 주변 사람의 시야를 확인해 주세요.
    Lower the default brightness and turn flashing off or set it to a softer mode. Before use, check venue rules and nearby sightlines.
  2. 편집 중 광고가 보이나요? / Are ads shown while editing?
    문구 편집, 미리보기, 전체화면 재생 화면에는 광고를 넣지 않습니다. 광고는 저장 완료, 템플릿팩 탐색 같은 전환 지점에만 배치될 수 있습니다.
    Ads are not inserted while editing, previewing, or playing a fullscreen banner. Ads may appear only at transition points such as save completion or template pack browsing.
  3. 저장한 배너나 QR 카드를 다시 찾을 수 없어요. / I cannot find a saved banner or QR card.
    저장 탭의 전체, 응원, 매장, 픽업, QR 필터와 검색어를 확인해 주세요. 삭제한 항목은 기기 로컬 목록에서 제거됩니다.
    Check the All, Cheer, Shop, Pickup, and QR filters plus the search query in the Saved tab. Deleted items are removed from the local list on device.
  4. QR 카드가 만들어지지 않아요. / A QR card is not created.
    URL 카드는 `https://`로 시작하는 주소를 입력해 주세요. 전화번호와 픽업명 카드는 사용자가 직접 입력한 값만 표시합니다.
    For URL cards, enter an address that starts with `https://`. Phone and pickup name cards show only the values you enter.
  5. 공식 팬덤이나 공연장 제휴 앱인가요? / Is this an official fandom or venue partner app?
    아닙니다. 앱은 사용자가 직접 입력한 일반 문구를 표시하는 도구이며 특정 아티스트, 팬덤, 공연장, 브랜드와의 제휴를 의미하지 않습니다.
    No. The app is a tool for showing generic text you enter yourself and does not imply partnership with any artist, fandom, venue, or brand.

3. 개인정보 & 데이터 / Privacy & Data

앱은 저장한 배너, QR 카드, 표시 설정을 기기 안에 저장하며 계정 기반 서버 동기화를 제공하지 않습니다. 광고 제거 상태 확인에는 지원 ID 기반 entitlement 조회가 사용될 수 있습니다.
The app stores saved banners, QR cards, and display settings on device and does not provide account-based server sync. Support-ID based entitlement lookup may be used to check ad-removal status.

    Brightness and flashing settings help user judgment and do not guarantee permission or safety at any venue.
